Overview

DizzyScripts provides digital PHP software products, documentation, license verification, secure downloads where enabled, and customer support. This policy explains the information handled when you use the support website, create an account, verify a purchase, buy through an available checkout route, open tickets, download files, or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name or username, email address, account credentials, email verification status, support messages, uploaded attachments, screenshots, product context, Envato username and purchase-code verification metadata, Codester license-code verification metadata, marketplace account connection status, order references, entitlement records, download-token activity, security logs, IP address, user agent, and other technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Authentication and security data

Email verification, password reset, login rate limiting, two-factor authentication, authenticator setup data, and recovery-code hashes may be processed to protect accounts. Recovery codes should be stored privately by the account holder.

Payment and delivery providers

Payment availability can change by product and by admin setting. Envato, CodeCanyon, Codester, Paddle, Gumroad, or another configured provider may process checkout, payment, tax, receipt, refund, buyer-protection, license, or delivery data. DizzyScripts does not store full card numbers. Paddle checkout data is handled through Paddle where Paddle is the payment route. Envato and CodeCanyon purchases and downloads are handled by Envato. Codester purchases and downloads are handled by Codester. Gumroad purchases are handled by Gumroad when that route is enabled.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify purchases, provide product access, generate secure direct download links when direct delivery is available, send support and delivery emails, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain records, and improve documentation and product support.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be shared with hosting, email, analytics, marketplace, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal service providers only when needed to operate the website, complete a transaction, verify a purchase, protect the service, or respond to a lawful request.

Retention

Account, support, license, order, and entitlement records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance. Direct download links expire and may have download limits. Security and abuse logs may be retained to protect the service.

Your choices

You may request help updating or deleting account information where legally and technically possible. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute, security, or legal reasons.
