Digital delivery only

Products are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is provided.

Marketplace delivery

If you purchase through Envato, CodeCanyon, or Codester, your files are downloaded from that marketplace account. Use the official marketplace downloads area for those files. The DizzyScripts account area may show verified purchase records and support access, but it should not show a direct ZIP download for marketplace-only purchases unless a separate direct delivery entitlement exists.

Paddle direct delivery

If Paddle checkout is enabled and you complete a Paddle purchase, the site may create an entitlement after the Paddle webhook or order confirmation is processed. Where an active product package is configured, a secure download link may be sent by email and shown in your account. Direct links can expire, have download limits, and may be regenerated from your account when allowed.

Gumroad delivery

If Gumroad checkout is enabled and used, delivery is normally handled through Gumroad unless a separate direct delivery path is configured.

Updates

When updates are available, the active package can be replaced by the site admin. Customers with a valid direct entitlement may receive updated access where configured. Marketplace buyers should download updates through the original marketplace unless the product page or support team provides a separate path.

Delivery issues

If you cannot access a purchased product, contact support with the payment channel, product name, account email, and purchase or order reference. Do not share private download links publicly.
